If the size of the item in the listing is too big or too small, we will work with you to get it "just right." Send us a message and we will be glad to quote you a price for the size you have in mind.
All signs are finished with a matte indoor polyurethane. This helps protect the paint and stain. If you will be using this sign outdoors, please let us know and we will make sure to finish it with an outdoor polyurethane to protect it from the elements.
Once shipped, items are the responsibility of USPS. Please keep in mind that the USPS only insures Priority Mail items up to $50. Transit times and damage after the items have left our shop are the responsibility of the USPS. We will file a claim for damage.
YOU MUST-- Keep all packaging, take photos, send photos in a convo to us:

2. BROKEN ITEM
3. PACKING MATERIAL
Send info via convo, for us to file a claim and replace your item(s).
Keep damaged packaging/art for up to 7 business days, the shipping company has the right to claim or inspect.
All orders ship USPS, Priority Mail (2-3 days) with tracking. Your tracking number is also added to your order the day it ships for your convenience. You will receive an email from Etsy with the tracking number.
USPS Priority is not a guarantee of delivery in 3 days, it is only an estimate, if you must have it on a certain date, contact us to upgrade to EXPRESS PRIORITY.
